Advanced attendee passes can be purchased online at www.OrganicGrowerSummit.com. Pass prices vary based on pass type and can be viewed during online registration. Full pass registration includes admittance to all OGS 2024 activities including—opening reception, education sessions, ag tech innovation area, keynote presentations, the tradeshow, and all breakfasts & lunches.
One day passes are available inside registration and are good for Thursday only at the Organic Grower Summit.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted for on-site pass purchases.
Student and government personnel may register for a full event pass at a discounted rate of $99. Event staff may follow up with you after registering to confirm your status.
Media interested in covering the event prior to, as well as during, the event, may request approval for a media press pass by contacting the OGS Marketing Manager, Michelle Swayze. Press wanting to attend but not promote the event may purchase a pass directly through the main registration portal, selecting Media as the Industry Affiliation type. Both passes will provide access to the media suite on-site and all the full event pass amenities.
Exhibitors who book a space receive 3 full event passes for booth personnel. The link to register your booth personnel will come to the primary contact for the exhibiting company. If you have not received your link to register your staff, please contact our Events Specialist, Peyton Fair. Additional passes for booth personnel can be purchased through the main registration portal, selecting Booth Personnel as the Industry Affiliation type.
Companies who book a sponsorship, either stand alone or in addition to an exhibits space, receive a select number of full event passes for company personnel. The link to register your participants will come to the primary contact for the sponsoring company. If you have not received your link to register your staff, please contact our Events & Sponsorship Manager, Dena Morgan.

Applies to industry suppliers including but not limited to producers of ag inputs/amendments, equipment/machinery, shipping/packaging/distribution, seed, software/traceability, and any other materials for the organic grower.
Growers $399
Growers WGA & CCOF Members $199
Growers who are members of the Western Growers Association (WGA) or the California Certified Organic Farmer (CCOF) may register for $199 with a WGA or CCOF member code. Contact WGA or CCOF membership teams to get more information.
OPS Participating Growers $199
Growers who participated in the Organic Produce Summit (OPS) may register for $199 with OPS partner code. Contact Keigan Roos to receive your discount code.

The Organic Grower Summit is an opportunity for the entire organic industry to gather together, network, share insights, discover projects, and set their trajectory for the upcoming year. When registering, please select your industry affiliation that best applies to your current business:
CEU credits are available. The six seminars on Wednesday and the one session on Thursday are accredited for 1 CEU for each session taken. Accreditation is through the Certified Crop Adviser program.

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course offers valet parking for our guests. RVs and vans are also welcome.
Our Monterey hotel offers an abundance of self-parking. RVs and vans are also welcome. Please contact the Front Desk before arrival for instructions on designated parking spots. Hotel guests should leave their luggage in their vehicle upon check-in. Parking is conveniently located near all guestrooms. Parking is complimentary for Sea Root, Spa Adeline, and Monterey Bay Racquet Club guests.

The OGS Ag Tech & Innovation Area is a dedicated location on the OGS campus specifically designed to display and promote ag technology and large equipment during the event.
