PASSES & REGISTRATION

Advanced attendee passes can be purchased online at www.OrganicGrowerSummit.com. Best value is the Full 2-day Registration Pass which includes admittance to all OGS 2025 activities including—Opening Reception, Education Sessions, Ag Tech Presentations & Reception, Keynote & Grower of the Year Presentations, Breakfast & Lunch, Coffee Breaks and Trade Show. Single day passes only include activities for that day. If needed, a one day pass is available for either Wednesday or Thursday and only include activities for that day.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted for on-site pass purchases.

Student and government personnel may register at discounted registration rates. See registration page for pricing details and package. Event staff may follow up with you after registering to confirm your status.

Media interested in covering the event prior to, as well as during, the event, may request approval for a media press pass by contacting the OGS Marketing Manager, Michelle Swayze. Press wanting to attend but not promote the event may purchase a pass directly through the main registration portal, selecting Media as the Industry Affiliation type. Both passes will provide access to all the full event pass amenities.

Exhibitors who book a space receive 3 full event passes for booth personnel. The link to register your booth personnel is available from your Exhibitor Map Your Show dashboard visibile by the primary contact for the exhibiting company. If you have not see your link to register your staff, please contact our Events Specialist, Peyton Fair. Additional passes for booth personnel can be purchased through the main registration portal, selecting Booth Personnel as the Industry Affiliation type.

Companies who book a sponsorship, either stand alone or in addition to an exhibits space, receive a select number of full event passes for company personnel. The link to register your participants will come to the primary contact for the sponsoring company. If you have not received your link to register your staff, please contact our Events & Sponsorship Manager, Dena Morgan.

Full pass registrations include breakfast, breaks, lunches, and receptions.

GETTING TO, STAYING, & NAVIGATING THE EVENT

Valet Parking $20

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course offers valet parking for our guests. RVs and vans are also welcome.

Self Parking $20

Our Monterey hotel offers an abundance of self-parking. RVs and vans are also welcome. Please contact the Front Desk before arrival for instructions on designated parking spots. Hotel guests should leave their luggage in their vehicle upon check-in. Parking is conveniently located near all guestrooms. Parking is complimentary for Sea Root, Spa Adeline, and Monterey Bay Racquet Club guests.

SHOW FEATURE INFORMATION

The OGS Ag Tech & Innovation Area is a dedicated location on the OGS campus specifically designed to display and promote ag technology and large equipment during the event. The Ag Tech Presentations and Networking Reception will take place from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

The Organic Grower Summit presents new and leading industry suppliers during the tradeshow at the event bringing you the technology, equipment, materials, and business relationships that can support and innovate your organic operation. For the current and ongoing updated list of exhibiting companies, visit the exhibitor list page of the event site.

The Grower of the Year Award presentation is occurring directly following the Keynote presentation on the final day of the event. View the event agenda for the most up-to-date schedule of events.

There are 13.5 possible CCU Credits through the Certified Crop Advisor Program at the 2025 Organic Grower Summit. Wednesday's general session, Thursday's Grower of the Year Panel Discussion, and each of the 12 education sessions all count for CCA CEU Credits. Sign in sheets will be available in each session.

HANDICAP & ADA ASSISTANCE
