2018 Attendee Registration

General attendee registration allows access to OGS Activities including Opening Reception, Educational Sessions, Keynote Presentations, Breakfast, Lunch and the Trade Show floor. The CCOF Foundation dinner tickets  (Wednesday, December 12th at 7:30 pm) may also be purchased below.

The 2018 OGS CannaBus Tour is an exclusive opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at the Monterey County cannabis industry. This limited tour includes visits to a state-of-the-art, indoor cannabis growing operation and Indus, a vertically integrated cannabis extraction and manufacturing facility. Limited availability - only 80 seats available. Must be registered OGS attendee. No more than 2 tickets per company.

Disclaimer

  1. Definitions: The word “OGS” as used herein shall mean Organic Grower Summit, event name, produced and operated by the Organic Produce Network (OPN), or its officers or committees or agents or employees acting for them, in the management of the OGS Exposition. “Attendee” shall mean the attendee or sponsor to the Event who is registered to attend the Organic Grower Summit.
  2. Additional Functions: No Attendee or group of Attendees may organize or convene meetings, host cocktail parties, or similar functions other than in their display space during the scheduled times of the event without prior written approval from OGS.
  3. Admittance: OGS has sole control over the admissions policy and the sole right to refuse admission to anyone. Attendees having special needs must obtain the necessary passes from OGS. 
  4. Attendees must have a registered badge and the badge must be visible at all times
  5. No persons under the age of 18 will be admitted to OGS.
  6. Attendee Cancellation: Cancellations will be honored only when presented in writing by 11.12.18 to OGS. Requests for cancellation will incur a $50 processing fee. Requests received after November 12, 2018 will not be refunded.  OGS reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, if it learns that the Attendee has made any material false or misleading statement, has omitted any material information in obtaining this contract, or has violated any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.  No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation by OGS.
  7. Event Cancellation; Limitation of Liability: Should the Exposition be cancelled, postponed, curtailed, moved to an alternative location or abandoned due to an act of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strike, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation or other similar cause beyond the control of OGS making it illegal, inadvisable or impossible to hold the Exposition, OGS’ liability to Attendee shall be limited to recovering Attendee’s proportionate amount recovered received by OGS under its Convention Cancellation Insurance policy at the discretion of OGS, such amount not to exceed in any case the amount paid by Attendee to OGS .
  8. Photography: Photography, video and camera equipment are strictly prohibited on the show floor without written permission from OGS and/or the attendee.
  9. Damage to Property: Attendees are liable for any damage caused by them or their agents to the venue, property of OGS and/or the property of any other Attendees.
  10. Indemnification: Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold OGS harmless from any claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind which result from any action, inaction, or negligence of Attendee, Attendee Representatives or Attendee’s staff, including but not limited to, claims of personal injury, damage, or loss of property. Attendee will not make any claim against OGS for damage or destruction to its property, for injury to Attendee, Attendee Representatives, or its staff,  for damages and Attendee agrees to rely solely on proceeds from Attendee’s insurance to satisfy such injuries, damages, losses and claims.  Neither OGS, nor any officer, agent, manager, employee or other representative of OGS shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from all liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to person or any property of the Attendee or any of its officer, agents, employees or other representatives resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause.
  11. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. This agreement has been made and accepted by OGS in Monterey County, California. If any legal action is brought to enforce this agreement, venue shall be in Monterey County and nowhere else. The parties consent to personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the Monterey County Superior Court and agree that service of process in any such suit may be made by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the parties at the addresses set forth herein.
  12. Agreement to Rules: Each Attendee, for himself, and his employees, and agents, agrees to abide the foregoing rules and regulations and by any amendments or additions thereto that may hereafter be published and provided to Attendee by OGS.
  13. The Organic Grower Summit will only share personal data and personal sensitive data between clients and candidates with the written consent from both parties. Without this written consent, no personal data will be shared with any persons or organizations in or outside of the Organic Grower Summit and its Technology Partners. All sharing of data within or between Organic Grower Summit and its customers and technology partners is protected by end to end encryption.
